The Archives of the Nocte Digest gives you an access to the books written on the Nocte tribe and in the Nocte language from 1840s to present. It also contain scans of a number of important documents.
From page 323 to 349 of Journal of Asiatic Society of Bengal Vol. XVIII (Part I) covers the grammar of the Hawa language of the Nocte tribe.
The article was written by William Robinson in April 1849, and the same was printed by J. Thomas of the Baptist Mission Press. The content of the article was collected from Namsang.
A book written by Parul Dutta in 1978 contains all the minute details of the society, the politics, the religion etc. of the Nocte tribe. As of 2020, no author has written on the tribe with such sincerity and dedication.
A 40 page book dedicated for the love songs in Nocte language. It was written by Shri Tapan Kumar M. Baruah, the then District Research Officer of Tirap district. It was published by Dr. P.C. Dutta, the then Director of Research, Arunachal Pradesh in 1987.
Authored by Asst. Prof. Gankhu Sumnyan, Old Friends' Parade is a collection of 29 poems written over a period of seven years. The poems are personal in nature, providing condensed observations from a so-far personal life, and have been arranged based on what they talk of.

Rahman, the author or researcher of this thesis, have completed M.A. (Linguistics) from Gauhati University in 2011. This is his preliminary work on the thesis and he did it from Payap University, Thailand. His work was approved on November 3, 2016.
